Начало на състезателния ден даде заместник-кметът по “Спорт, младежки дейности и социална политика”, Николай Бухалов, който приветства с добре дошли всички близо 300 участника и им пожела успех.

В целодневната фиеста от звезди на сцената на зала Колодрума се отличи Stefanny Moreno - световна шампионка, финалист в World of Dance и America’s Got Talent, а от тази година – хореограф на Дженифър Лопес.

Официалния старт на турнир „Тракия Опън“ дадоха заместник-кметът по спорт, младежки политики и социална политика Николай Бухалов и председателя на Федерацията по стрелба с лък Атанас Темелков.

Участие в турнира ще вземат 18 клуба от страната, общо 217 състезателя.

For the first time in its ten-year history, the Kolodrum Hall will host archery competitors. Until now, competitions have only been held outdoors in Plovdiv. The Thrace Open tournament will be held on November 21-23 this year. In January, a two-day Domestic Championship will also be held - January 10-11, 2026. Preparations have been going on for months and are a warm-up for the European Archery Championship, which will be held again in the Kolodrum Hall on February 16-21, 2026. The age groups in the Thrace Open tournament are - under 12, under 15, under 18, under 21, men/women and 50+, and the divisions - recurve, compound, bare bow and traditional bow.

Almost 800 participants from 14 countries took part in the International Taekwondo Tournament ITF “Bulgaria Open 2025” in Plovdiv. The prestigious competition was held in the Kolodrum Hall on 15 and 16.11.2025. The organizer ASTK "Trakia" - Plovdiv received numerous compliments and requests from clubs to participate next year. The official opening was given by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Dimitar Georgiev. “Bulgaria Open 2025 is proof that we can organize events of the highest rank that motivate young people to pursue European and global goals,” said Minister Georgiev and emphasized the importance of Plovdiv as a host of prestigious sports forums.

Iva Dudova was awarded the most valuable player of the match with 18 points, of which 4 were aces. Borislava Saykova scored 9 points, and Viktoria Koeva and Boryana Angelova added 8 each.
