The International Rhythmic Gymnastics Club Tournament “Katrin’s Angels” returns with a groundbreaking competition format that promises to redefine competitive motivation.
On 31 October and 1 November, this autumn, beneath the roof of the modern Kolodrum Plovdiv Multifunctional Sports Hall, dozens of clubs from Bulgaria and abroad will compete for a €3,000 prize pool. The tournament is organized by Sports Club Katrin, led by Bulgaria’s golden rhythmic gymnastics star, Katrin Taseva.
This year's edition introduces an entirely new concept. Unlike traditional competitions, where the focus is placed on individual achievements, “Katrin’s Angels” puts the spotlight on the team.
One team. One champion.
The new format is simple, yet exceptionally exciting: individual gymnasts are no longer competing solely for themselves—they are competing for their entire club. Every judges’ score from every routine, across all age groups and competition categories, will be combined into a single cumulative team score.
The club that achieves the highest overall score will be crowned the tournament champion and awarded the grand prize of €3,000.
