The success of such a large-scale and complex event - with active zones both under the open sky in front of the hall and with a large concert part inside - always depends on the people behind the scenes. Thanks to your precise planning, high security standards and excellent technical support, the entire festival went completely smoothly.
We would especially like to highlight:
• Coordination and management: The extremely fast response and professional attitude of the management in the logistics of the all-day format.
• The technical team: Full support in providing the heavy sound, large-scale lighting and stage preparation required by the leading artists of the Bulgarian hip-hop scene.
• The organizers during and before the event: The professional and polite attitude towards the huge flow of fans, the organization of the merchandise areas, the external DJ spots and the access control.
It was a real pleasure for us to partner with an institution like yours. Your dedication has proven that the “Kolodrum” hall is the most modern arena in Southern Bulgaria, ready to host events of the highest standard.

The Archery Association would like to thank the management of the Multifunctional Sports Hall "Kolodrum Plovdiv", as well as all the employees for their joint work in holding the "Thrace Open" tournament in the period November 21-23, 2025.
The competition is the last of the State Sports Calendar in Archery for 2025 and was successfully held in the "Kolodrum Plovdiv" hall.
The entire team in the hall was very responsive and willing to provide us with any necessary assistance for the successful planning and holding of the event. I am confident that we have set the beginning of a lasting and successful partnership.

On behalf of the entire Detailing & Tuning Expo BG 2025 team, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support and professionalism that we received from you during the preparation and holding of our event.

Thanks to your cooperation and dedication, we were able to realize one of the largest and most successful automotive and motorcycle events in the country.

Kolodrum Hall provided not only excellent infrastructure, but also a team that we could completely trust. From communication by phone to emails and the allocation of staff with working hours and contact details at any time while we had an event with you!

As someone who has lived abroad for more than 18 years, it was truly refreshing and inspiring for me to encounter professionalism at a high European level - right in my hometown of Plovdiv. I was particularly impressed by Mr. Apostolov, who showed remarkable tact, understanding and full support, without in any way compromising the strict observance of all regulations, ordinances and laws. His ability to maneuver between the requirements of the hall and the needs of us as clients contributed immensely to our event being organized in a tight, orderly manner and in full compliance with the rules.

Dear Mr. Apostolov,
On April 5th and 6th, the
International Dance Festival "Plovdiv Ancient and Eternal" was held on the stage of the Multifunctional Sports Hall, organized by the
Sports Club Samodiva - Plovdiv. The event was attended by dance clubs from Bulgaria
and Romania with over 1400 participants in 18 dance styles. 581 choreographies were danced and
many awards were given to the participants and the audience.
As an organizer with thirteen years of experience in the field of dance
festivals and with over 26 editions held in a number of Bulgarian cities, I would like to
express my admiration for the professionalism of all the people who helped to ensure the smooth
run of the event, namely Ms. Valeria Hadzhiyska - event organizer, Mr.
Georgi Dimitrov - event organizer, Ms. Marina Minkova - host, Mr. Georgi
Chobanov - technical support specialist, the entire team of OP Multifunctional
Sports Hall. Everyone contributed to the smooth running of the event, which was
not small in scale, they were trained and instructed wonderfully and for the first time they were in the hall
in the morning, before the organizers, despite the infinitely early start time of the event!
Communication with the team was timely, easy and problem-free!
Please, do not stop working in the same way for the sake of the children and for our city!
