When concluding an agreement up to 30 days before the date of an event, the Contracting Authority is obliged to pay a minimum of 10% of the amount under the agreement.

When concluding an agreement more than 30 days before the date of an event, the Contracting Authority is obliged to pay 10% of the amount under the agreement.
